William Sandy Smith has joined Philadelphia Business Journal as publisher. He replaces longtime publisher Lyn Kremer, who had been with the journal for 23 years.  Smith previously worked at Washington Business Journal since April 2012, where he served as director of advertising. ‘Like’ PBJ on Facebook for business and finance news in the Philadelphia area.
