Melissa Block will be leaving her role as host of NPR’s All Things Considered for a special correspondent role at NPR. Her last day with ATC is Aug. 14. Block has been a host of All Things Considered since February 2003 after joining the program in 1985 as an editorial assistant. She later worked as editor, director, senior producer, and then as a correspondent based in New York. Follow NPR on Twitter for national news programming.
