Duane Stanford is leaving Bloomberg‘s Atlanta bureau, where he has served as a reporter since 2007.

Stanford was a reporter covering the food and beverage and tobacco industries, specifically Coca-Cola, PepsiCo Inc., Starbucks, Hershey, Nestle and other beverage bottling plants for Bloomberg New. He joined the news service in November 2007 and was previously a beverage industry reporter for the Atlanta Journal Constitution. He joined the paper in 1992 covering local government, the governor’s office and transportation policy. He was recognized by the Society of American Business Editors and Writers in 2008 for his reporting of breaking business news. Stanford has not yet disclosed his next move.
