Cision Blog regrets to inform its readers that Laura Myers has passed away due to colon cancer. Myers was a longtime Associated Press reporter and editor focusing on foreign affairs post-9/11. Most recently, she was covering local, state, and national politics for the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Myers covered the 2012 elections for the Las Vegas Review-Journal, and joined the staff in 2010. Prior to the Associated Press, She was a reporter for the Reno Gazette-Journal in Nevada.
