Frank D.Wood has returned to the Times West Virginian to serve as publisher, the same position he held with the newspaper from 1990 to 1999 . In addition to serving as publisher at Times West Virginian, Wood will continue to serve as publisher of The Register-Herald in Beckley, West Virginia, a sister newspaper. Times West Virginian has also promoted managing editor Misty Poe to general manager. Poe has been with Times West Virginian for 15 years, since she joined as a reporter in 2000.
