WTIC-TV, the Hartford, Connecticut FOX-affiliate has hired Amanda Raus as morning anchor and reporter. Raus had been working as a reporter at WVIT-TV, Hartford’s NBC-affiliate,  since May 2007 and has worked as a reporter at WSHM-TV/WFSB-TV, the CBS-affiliate in Springfield, Massachusetts.
