Carmel Crimmins has been named the financial services editor, Americas for Reuters. She will be moving to New York this summer to take on her new position. Crimmins most recently served as a deputy financial services editor for EMEA and as a senior financial services writer for Reuters since November 2012.

Additionally, Jason Szep was named editor in chief of national affairs for Reuters. He begins his new role in June. Szep previously served as deputy bureau chief and international affairs editor at the Washington bureau of Reuters since April 2014. For the latest news updates, ‘Like’ Reuters on Facebook.
