Bloomberg has upped several staffers in television, radio, print and online. Otis Bilodeau makes the transition from Bloomberg News to Bloomberg Television as global executive editor for TV. He was previously executive editor for finance and investing. Replacing Bilodeau is Christine Harper, who most recently served as managing editor for investing and finance. Former managing editor for states and municipal finance Alan Goldstein steps in Harper’s replacement. At Bloomberg News Online, Michael Shane has been upped from director of digital operations to managing editor and Jared Sandberg was promoted to executive editor from Web editor. Additionally, Alec McCabe has been named head of podcasts for Bloomberg Radio Network. McCabe was previously Bloomberg’s team leader for Americas training. Winnie O’Kelley has been named global executive editor for legal, financial regulation and enforcement and market structure. At Bloomberg’s London bureau, Heather Smith was promoted to global managing editor for legal news. Also in London, Tim Coulter has been appointed senior Web editor.
