Fusion has announced several staff changes. Alexis Madrigal has been named editor in chief of digital. He most recently served as the Silicon Valley bureau chief for Fusion, and will continue to host the “Real Future” show when it premieres on the network later this year. Madrigal replaces Jane Spencer, who was promoted to senior vice president of emerging platforms. Additionally, Hillary Frey and Anna Holmes were named executive editor and editorial director, respectively. Both are based in New York. Frey previously worked as the editorial director of news at NBCNews.com, and Holmes served as co-founder of Jezebel. Follow Fusion on Twitter for the latest news updates.
