Chachi Senior has been named senior vice president of original series at Spike TV. He comes to Spike after serving as CEO of Ardaban, Shine America’s original programming division that Senior helped launch in 2012. He will be based at Spike’s Santa Monica bureau. Check out Spike TV on Twitter for the best in entertainment, sports and comedy.
