WBZ-AM‘s New England business editor Anthony Silva will retire in June 2015. Silva joined WBZ-AM in 1979 as an anchor and reporter and has been at his current position since 1987. Over the course of his career, Silva has been honored with numerous awards including; the Champion Media Award for Economic Understanding; the United Press International Tom Phillips Awards for Best Newscast, Best Feature, and Best Reporter; and numerous Associated Press awards.
