Ali Velshi will host a new weeknight program on Al Jazeera America titled Ali Velshi On Target. The nightly, half-hour news show will replace Velshi’s current economics program, Real Money with Ali Velshi, featuring interviews, discussion and analysis around national political and economic issues. Previously the chief business correspondent for CNN, Velshi joined Al Jazeera America in 2013. “On Target” premieres May 11 at 10:30 p.m. EST. For more news updates, follow Al Jazeera America on Twitter.
