Texas Cable News will cease operations on April 1 after more than 16 years as the state’s first and only 24-hour news channel designed for Texans and their special brand of news. After TXCN goes off the air, it’s programming content can still be found on Gannett’s 11 TV affiliates in Texas  including WFAA-TV, KHOU-TV, KVUE-TV and KENS-TV.
