Van Toffler and Larry Jones are both exiting Viacom. Toffler, president for the MTV group overseeing MTV, MTV2, mtvU, Tr3s, VH1 and Logo, will step down in mid-April but will continue to produce the CMT awards as well as the VMAs. Replacing Toffler overseeing the MTV group is Doug Herzog, current president & CEO of Spike and Comedy Central. Jones was president at TV Land.
