There have been some shifts in the editorial department of the Star Tribune. Duchesne Drew, longtime managing editor overseeing operations will be leaving to join the Bush Foundation as community network vice president. Drew took on the managing editor role in 2009, joining the paper in 1993. In addition, Thom Kupper has been promoted to assistant managing editor overseeing business. He most recently served as senior business editor since joining the paper in 2010.
