Jonathan Barzilay will join PBS as chief operating officer in late March 2015. He previously worked at Ford Foundation as director, Freedom of Expression, managing the nonprofit grant-making organization’s global programs in media and arts & culture. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president and head of content at Qualcomm’s mobile television service, FLO TV.
