Managing editor Linda Kinstler will step down from her role at The New Republic, effective Jan. 27. At that time, she will be replaced by current editorial assistant Elaine Teng. Additionally, deputy editor Amanda Silverman exited the publication last month. These departures are the latest in a slew of resignations at TNR under the leadership of new owner Chris Hughes and CEO Guy Vidra.
