Eat This, Not That! is a new quarterly publication offering stories on healthy eating. A joint project between Meredith Corporation and media company Galvanized, the publication originated as a best-selling book series co-authored by Dave Zinczenko, CEO of Galvanized and a past editor in chief of Men’s Health. The magazine will be available on roughly 80,000 newsstands and may be followed by further joint projects between Meredith and Galvanized.
