Cumulus Media Networks has hired Dave Milner to serve as senior vice president of West Coast markets. Most recently, he oversaw the iHeartMedia (formerly Clear Channel) market cluster in Sacramento, California. Milner spent a previous stint at Cumulus as general sales manager of its San Francisco cluster from 2004 to 2007.
