Candy Crowley recently announceed she will exit CNN on December 21, 2014 as host of State of the Union and chief political correspondent. She was originally named anchor of State of the Union on January 31, 2010 and began her duties on February 7, 2010. She served as a congressional correspondent prior to being named senior political correspondent. She joined CNN from NBC News in 1987.
