Meredith Hispanic Media has named Maria Cristina Marrero group content chief. She serves as editor in chief of Siempre Mujer and Ser Padres. She was promoted to the editor in chief of Siempre Mujer in 2010 and previously served as the executive editor. She started her career at Meredith in 2007 as the executive editor of Ser Padres, and before that was the fashion and beauty editor for Revista Vanidades.
