NBC Universal has announced that it has brought together Bravo, E! Entertainment Television, Esquire Network and Oxygen Media to form a new division, Lifestyle Networks Group. The division will be overseen by Frances Berwick as president. Berwick will be adding E! and Esquire to her portfolio of Bravo and Oxygen. Adam Stotsky, president of Esquire, will add the duties of general manager at E! replacing Suzanne Kolb. Kolb served as president of the network since 2011.
