Robert Hunter has been named deputy bureau chief for the Global Real Estate & Property section of The Wall Street Journal. He is replacing Peter Grant who was promoted from the position to editor-in-charge, commercial real estate. Grant will also handle the International Property Report feature and the Developments blog. In addition, Joe Light will join the real estate team as a reporter covering housing policy and mortgage markets. He most recently covered finance.
