TIME has announced two promotions this week. Lily Rothman has been named archive editor, while Reno Ong has been promoted to international homepage and audience-engagement editor. Rothman previously served as a reporter covering pop culture since June 2013. She joined the publication as an online writer and producer in June 2012. Ong joined TIME in April 2012 as a copy editor.

TIME has also announced the addition of two staff members to their ranks. Mandy Oaklander hops aboard as a health editor and writer, while Jack Linshi joins as a reporter.
