Pamela Drucker Mann has been named vice president and publisher at Epicurious. She continues to hold the same role at bon appetit, which she took on in 2011. Prior to that, she was the associate publisher of advertising sales for Glamour. Adam Rapoport has been named editorial director at the site, after serving as editor in chief of bon appetit since 2010. He previously served as a senior style editor for GQ: Gentleman’s Quarterly, where he was also a senior editor and style editor.
