Adam Sachs will join Saveur as the editor in chief on Oct. 6. He was previously editorial director of Tasting Table since May 2013. Before that, he worked as a staff writer for GQ, a position he held for five years. Sachs also spent two years editing and writing restaurant reviews for the food section of Time Out New York. Sachs’s Bon Appétit column, “The Obsessivore” won two James Beard Awards for Best Food-Related Column in 2013 and 2014.
