Tom DeSchriver has been named executive editor for the Pocono Record in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He replaces former executive editor Christopher Mele, who left earlier this month after four years with the paper. DeSchriver joined the Pocono Record in 1984 as a sports reporter and has been serving as the senior editor for news and online since November 2013.
