Ken Armstrong will exit The Seattle Times after 10 years. He is moving to The Marshall Project where he will serve as a staff writer. Armstrong has served as an investigative reporter for The Seattle Times since 2003. Prior to his time there, he was an investigative and legal affairs reporter for the Chicago Tribune from 1994 to 2002.
