Jesse Hamilton has been named executive producer for the morning newscast at Chicago ABC affiliate, WLS-TV. He replaces Doug Whitmire who has been promoted to take over the stations 10 p.m. time slot. Hamilton comes from The Weather Channel where he serves as an executive producer since November 2010.
