Chris Tisch has been promoted to business editor at Tampa Bay Times. He replaces Graham Brink, who was named metro editor last month. Tisch was previously the assistant metro editor overseeing night coverage since 2008. He joined the staff as a metro reporter in the Clearwater, Florida bureau in 2000.
