Bill Strickland has taken on the editor in chief role for Bicycling magazine. The position is not unfamiliar to Strickland, who served as EIC from 1999 to 2003, most recently an editor at large. He first joined the staff in 1993 and is a noted cyclist who has authored five books on the subject.
