Michael Provus has been promoted to publisher at Rolling Stone. He previously served as an associate publisher with the music and culture magazine since joining the publication in 2010. Provus replaces the recently departed Chris McLoughlin who had served as publisher since August 2013. This news comes just days after the promotion of Gus Wenner to head of digital at the mag.
