Ruth Altchek, editorial director for WSJ. Magazine and Off Duty, is leaving The Wall Street Journal for an executive position with the strategy group of parent company News Corp. As a result, features staff has been restructured. Emily Nelson has been named senior editor overseeing WSJ. Magazine, Off Duty and Personal Journal. She has been editor for Personal Journal since 2010. Dale Hrabi has been named editor for Off Duty. He had been deputy editor since January 2013.
