Town & Country magazine has announced the addition of editors, as well as a promotion. Pilar Viladas has joined as architecture & design editor. She had been working as a freelance writer and, prior to that, she was the design editor for T: The New York Times Style Magazine until November 2013. Klara Glowczewska also comes aboard as travel editor at large. She previously served as editor in chief of Conde Nast Traveler from January 2005 to August 2013. Lastly, Mary Kaye Schilling is now deputy editor. She was previously a senior articles editor for GQ Gentlemen’s Quarterly until October 2012. Finally, style director Stellene Volandes has been upped to executive style editor. Town & Country is written for the socially active, affluent individuals interested in a wide variety of topics and can be followed on Twitter.
