The Rockaway Times, a new weekly community newspaper covering the Rockaway Beach neighborhood in Queens, New York, will launch on June 26. Editor, publisher and owner Kevin Boyle launched the newspaper to compete with The Wave, The Rockaways’ original community newspaper, where he served as editor.
