Veronica De La Cruz has been named anchor at KPIX-TV in San Francisco for the 6pm newscast as well as the 10pm newscast at sister station, KBCW-TV. She will begin her duties on May 5. She was previously an alternate anchor at NBC’s Early Today and MSNBC’s First Look. She first joined MSNBC and NBC News as a contributor in July 2010.
