Jack Tarantino and Elvia Van Es Oliva have joined TLC. Tarantino has been named the VP of production for the west coast, and Van Es Oliva the president of production. They will oversee the creation and execution of original programming and will be based out of Los Angeles. Tarantino was previously with the Style Network as the VP of original programming, and Van Es Oliva with Fly On The Wall Entertainment as SVP of development.
