Longtime NPR health policy correspondent Julie Rovner has been named Robin Toner Distinguished Fellow by The Kaiser Family Foundation. Rovner is an award-winning journalist and author who has been reporting on health care and policy since 1986. She will begin her fellowship at the beginning of May, and will also work as a senior correspondent for Kaiser Health News at that time.
