Katherine Clarke has been named the real estate editor for the Daily News in New York, effective April 28. She replaces Matt Chaban, who joined The New York Times last month. Clarke is currently a senior reporter covering New York real estate for the The Real Deal, where she joined in April 2011. She previously served as a freelance reporter for The Wall Street Journal.
