- There were 56,453 unique authors on Twitter with a total potential impact of 17,557,829 people.
- 58% of mentions on Twitter expressed positive sentiment, 18% neutral and 24% negative.
- The top influencers by impact on Twitter were @RWW, @tinch, @washingtonpost and @gmanews based on number of followers.
- @viralheat identified 9,824 leads with its Human Intent feature.
- On Twitter, 42% of mentions contained links and the top day for posting was Saturday.
