- Improved Social Engagement and Amplification: By popular request, you can now view all social posts from a single interface and visualize your findings by social channel to pinpoint which authors and conversations are most impactful to your brand. Now, you can sort by follower count of individual authors, likes, comments and shares, as well as identify the news coverage that generated the best results on social channels.
- Unified Comms Cloud Influencer Profiles: As the media landscape becomes more complex, today’s influencers often work multiple beats and for many outlets. New enhancements to the Cision Communications Cloud® ensure all notes and activities associated with a single contact are now grouped together under one profile.
- Integrated Earned Media data with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics: We’ve expanded our integrations with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, allowing you to take your campaign analysis deeper by pulling in additional web metrics, including page views and bounces, time spent per page and behavior onsite to demonstrate how earned media efforts influence bottom-line ROI. These new integrations allow you to access those key data points right within the Cision Comms Cloud.
